Arthur Y. Bagdasaryan, 59, passed away on November 10, 2019 in his home in Lenexa, Kansas.  Arthur was born on December 16, 1959 in Baku, Azerbaijan. He was the eldest of three sons born to Yura and Elza Bagdasaryan. Arthur and his family moved to the United States in August of 1992.

Hardworking, stoic, and a man who was dedicated to his family and friends. His green thumb built a euphoric garden from the day he bought his house in 1997. He took great pride in his gardening. Arthur enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and friends. Relaxing with his favorite people by a lake and grilling kabobs was a time he always looked forward to. His beloved dog, Armani, was like a fourth child for him.

Arthur is survived by his wife, Aida, son Artem, daughters, Anna (Dgheim) and Ada (Owen), sons-in-law Adel Dgheim and Jared Owen, and grandchildren, Jenna, Gavin, Aya, and Lola.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Arthur Bagdasaryan touched are invited to Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Thursday, November 14, 2019, to reminisce and celebrate his life with remembrances by family and friends at 10:00 am.
