Frances Baker Williams (“Teeny”) died early Friday morning, September 30, 2022, at her home with her children by her side.

Teeny was born on April 17, 1924, in Dyersburg, TN and was the daughter of the late Joe and Bessie Stone Baker. She moved to Bemis, TN with her husband, Dr. Allen Williams, in the mid-1950s, when he started his medical practice for the residents and mill workers there.
