Jennie was born in Holland, MO, on August 15, 1932, to the late Joe and Mary (Joyce) Prichard. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, Russell Doss, and her brothers John Edwin and Bennie Joe Prichard.
Jennie married Russell, her life’s companion and father of her children, on June 24, 1956. They shared 43 years of blissful marriage.
Jennie was a 1951 graduate of Holland High School in Holland, MO, and later completed her degree from West Tennessee Business College. She worked for more than 20 years in home health care as a medical coding specialist.

She had a loving spirit and enjoyed any opportunity to spend time with her family, and especially treasured times spent with her grandchildren. Jennie was a minister’s wife and was known by many as the best at making pecan pie, biscuits, and gravy. She made friends easily and was loyal to those she befriended.
